All Sales Final

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales at Château De Fleurs are final.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be considered on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Château De Fleurs.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Changes

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a delivery address must be corrected or rerouted after the order has been processed or dispatched, additional delivery fees may apply depending on distance and courier costs.

Flower Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. In the event a specific flower variety is unavailable, Château De Fleur reserves the right to substitute blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and design of the arrangement.

If a customer requests a substitution that exceeds the value of the original order, the difference in price will be charged accordingly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the preparation or delivery process.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Rush or same day orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.

Processing fees may apply to cancellations due to payment processing costs.

Delivery Refusals

Delivery refusals cannot be accepted once an order has been prepared and dispatched.

If a recipient refuses delivery or is unavailable to receive the arrangement, the order will still be considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

All floral arrangements are custom prepared and sourced specifically for each order.

Claims & Quality Concerns

While issues are rare, if you believe there is a problem with your order upon delivery, please contact us the same day the order is received.

Requests should include:

• Order number
• Description of the concern
• Photos of the arrangement if applicable

Château De Fleurs guarantees the quality and freshness of flowers at the time of delivery.

However, flower longevity after delivery can vary due to factors such as temperature, environment, and care. Because of these variables, we cannot guarantee how long flowers will last after delivery.

Château De Fleurs is not responsible for issues caused by improper handling, lack of hydration, or failure to follow proper care instructions.

Shipping & Delivery Delays

Château De Fleurs is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, including:

• weather conditions
• courier delays
• traffic disruptions
• acts of natue

In the event of shipping delays, claims may need to be filed directly with the delivery carrier.
